Confectionary artist Linda Rankin of Classic Catering and Confections believes today's wedding cakes have ascended to the heights of exquisite art. Studying with master decorators both in person and via their books for the past 15 years, Linda has perfected the many skills required to create imaginative edible art. Linda offers superb flavor combinations to satisfy todays bride's contemporary palate. Her signature wedding cakes may be adorned with fanciful handcrafted sugar flowers so delicate and life-like that they appear to be crafted of the finest porcelain, or personalized with intricate lacework, pearlized sugar bows, edible glistening sugar pearls, or a handcrafted sugar gazebo with sugar doves perched on a guilded gorden heart.

Every bride is encouraged to share the fantasies of her special centerpiece, then the design process takes place to assure her fairy tales become stunning realities. Each beautiful confection is as scrumptuous to partake of as it is for the eyes to behold.
